Mr Victor Teoh read law and obtained his LL.B degree with Honours from University of Malaya and was admitted and enrolled to the High Court of Malaya as Advocate & Solicitor on 30th April 2010. He has commenced practice in Messrs Dennis Nik & Wong.
During his initial period of his practice, he has handling various contentious litigation matters. The main areas of law that he practices include commercial & corporate litigation, banking litigation, debt recovery, bankruptcy and insolvency, employment and other general litigation matters. In his career, he has appeared in the Court of Appeal, High Court, Sessions Court and Magistrate Court regularly.
Thereafter, Mr Victor Teoh joined the practice of Messrs Abraham Ooi & Partners and concentrated on conveyancing matters. He has experience dealing and advising bank and financial institutions on loan and security documents as well as real property transactions matters.
Prior to founding this firm, he practiced in Messrs Lim Soh & Goonting in litigation department in charge of general and banking litigation works namely divorce, bankruptcy, foreclosure proceedings, winding up and hire purchase.
Throughout his practice, Mr Victor Teoh has been involved in a wide range of litigation and conveyancing matters. He is also the legal advisors of Selangor & Kuala Lumpur Teo Chew Association and Persatuan Usahawan Cina Selangor & Kuala Lumpur.
His current practices also include commercial advisory work on corporate, real estate, family law and civil litigation works.

Ms. Lim Hui Yin graduated from University of Malaya with the Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2010. She was admitted and enrolled to the High Court of Malaya as Advocate & Solicitor on 20th May 2011.
Joining Messrs ROZLAN KHUEN in 2010, she focussed on sale and purchase transactions, loan documentations, corporate due diligence exercises, bankruptcy, insolvency, and family law litigation matters.
Ms Lim then joined Messrs B K SOONG & NG and concentrated on conveyancing and real estate transaction. She was appointed as Head of Conveyancing Department, and was assigned to liaise and deal with land officers, clients, property agents, and bankers. Apart from handling and attending to numerous types of sale and purchase transactions, she also assisted clients for conversion of land use, extension of lease, application of new title as well as replacement of missing original title deeds.
Ms Lim also rendering legal advice to executors and administrators of estates in relation to their duties in law, e.g. application of Grant of Probate, Letter of Administration and/or Small Estate Application. Thereafter, she will assist clients to implement transmission and transfer of the properties of the deceased to beneficiaries respectively.
Her current practices include commercial advisory work on corporate, real estate and conveyancing works.
